How do I connect or disconnect a workspace?
Connections → Connect Slack to add; Disconnect to revoke. Disconnecting deletes Kept's tokens immediately and keeps your commitment history.

My company requires admin approval for Slack apps.
When you try to install, Slack shows a "Request to install" screen that routes to your workspace admins. Kept requests read-only user scopes — it acts only as you and never posts without your explicit approval — which is exactly what admins want to see. Meanwhile, the "+ Add a promise" button tracks promises by hand with no workspace access at all.

Does Kept send messages as me?
Only after you approve a specific draft, and never outside that. Everything Kept prepares waits for your decision at Evening Close or in the promise's detail panel.

How do I export or delete my data?
Settings → Export gives you everything as a file. Settings → Delete account removes all of it — commitments, quotes, settings, tokens — immediately and permanently. Details in our privacy policy.

A promise was extracted wrong.
Every card has "Not a promise" — one quiet click removes it and teaches the extractor. You can also edit descriptions and dates from the detail panel; the verbatim evidence underneath never changes.
